Dustin Essick, Owner

Dustin Essick is the owner and operator of Essick's Equipment Repair. With over 17 years of experience as a mechanic, Dustin decided to try his hand at management as well. In addition to his administrative duties, Dustin continues to perform repairs and service on equipment, as well as new equipment sales.

David Essick
Equipment Sales

David Essick has over 30 years experience with farm and lawn equipment sales and service. He has experience with many different makes and models.

When he's not in the sales office, you'll more than likely find David on his Harley.

Marsha Essick,
Clerical / Web Design

Having grown up on a farm herself, Marsha knows a thing or two about equipment. Marsha is responsible for designing and maintaining our website. In addition, she has recently forged a partnership with several local craftsmen to display and sell their creations at The Garden Spot. When she's not working at the dealership, Marsha is busy as a speech-language pathologist and mother to Reese & Grasyn, her daughters with Dustin.

Mary Essick, Garden Center Sales

Mary joined our team in March 2008. She has many years experience in the retail field. She enjoys working with people and is here to help with all of your gardening needs.

In her spare time, Mary likes to spend time spoiling her 8 grandkids.

Our of our youngest salespersons to date. Reese is the apple of Mom and Dad's eye. Reese would love for you to buy a tractor or mower from her Daddy!


Grasyn Essick
  "The Other Boss"

Grasyn joined our team on April 7, 2008. She's still learning, but don't let her youth fool you. She already knows how to wrap Daddy (and everyone else) around her little finger.
